can't get parts for recliner

I have a 2013 3402 RL with brown cloth recliners. The cable to release to the recline position broke. I have tried dealers and Keystone and no one can figure out the manufacturer. There is nothing on the chair indicating who built it. It has a brown, almost terry cloth fabric. Any help appreciated. Need the part

We had those and sold them on Craigslist. Replaced them with Lazy Boys Pinnacles in dark brown leather.

Recliners were the first thing to go on our rig. Lazy boys now. Surely Keystone Customer Service can find out what they were using on the date your rig was manufactured.

80-100 lb. test monofiliment fishing line might be an easy fix, if it is just the cable that snapped.

Mine cables broke 4 times, the Company that makes them is Flair Interiors in Indiana I think their number is 574-534-2163 I fixed the cables myself every time but the last time I was going to call them and get new ones I said the Heck with these Cheap chairs and bought New recliners ...good thing Montana no longer uses those recliners

I was also one who dumped the overweight fabric covered recliners. Had to sew up the fabric on the seat of one twice and I got tired of how uncomfortable they were...so it was down to the local furniture store and brought home two new stress-less recliners in bonded leather that are similar in design to the Ekores we have in storage, but much less money. They are a step up all-around. John

The one problem I have with buying a Lazy Boy or any other brand furniture store chair is they don't come with that bottom ring I believe. We have to move our chairs for travel and I think we would be tearing up the carpet from moving them because of the 4 small pads on the bottom. The round rings make it easier to move chairs.

We had the OEM leather recliners and used them for about a month. Hard to get ahold of and move to retract the slides. Plus they did not sit good. We put them in the office and got 2 Lazy Boy recliners.

We chose the Harbor Town rocker. Did not need the swivel option. When you raise the foot rest it provides one long space for the wife's 6lb dog to lay between her legs.

The open arms provide good handles for moving around. I closed one arm opening on DW chair so the dog would not fall off the chair. I might mention this is the second set of these chairs we have bought. As a experienced recliner sleeper, the high back, firm foam, long foot rest, they sleep just fine.

Available in either fabric or leather.

I tried a Lazy-boy for my old Montana. When I bought it there was an option to get the swivel for it for $75-100.

We got rid of the OEM chairs and bought leather replacements at Costco. They have the full ring at the bottom and are better built and lighter. Cost us $800 plus tax for 2.

Have to move our Lazy Boys every time we close the slides and move. Never had any problem on the carpet.

How difficult is it to remove the Flair recliners? We are starting to shop for replacements. Did you remove the back, or just twist them out the door with 2 strong men. Currently own 2012 3455SA.

We moved the couch and recliners, couch in the rear of the coach. We are considering replacing the cushion stuffing in the sofa, we hardly use it....but every now and then the grandkids show up and love the bed.

We had the OEM stuff in our 06 3400 and the OEM stuff in this 13 3402 Big Sky. Never had one break, never had one tear.Lucky I guess.

Does the upholstery match the couch? If so, look for tag on couch. Even if the upholstery is different, the numbers there might suffice.

We had a problem with one of our brown cloth chairs that it was creaking and falling apart. We got a quote to fix it which was $300.00. I sent the quote to our dealer and got a check from Keystone via the dealer. Sold the other one for$300.00 on Kijiji. Bought new ones from Sears. If you still have warranty have your dealer submit a claim.

We replaced ours as soon as we got home from the dealer. In fact we had the recliners we bought at Costco waiting in our garage.

we have two lazy boy pinnicles that rock and swivel. We use rubber door stops to "lock" the rocking feature and store them back to back when we are traveling.

Replaced my couch and recliners. We were not satisfied with the recliners that would not stay in any "in-between position". We were most tired of having to move the chairs each time the slides were brought in and out. The couch was like sitting on a park bench. We bought a jack-knife sofa for the rear and a new single recliner to replace the couch. The furniture they provide may look good in the pictures, but they are not practical.
