Dometic Fridge seems dead...

Just got my landing gear straightened up and I got to park the camper in my driveway and power it up. The Dometic refrigerator seems quite dead. 12 volts and 110 volts both at the board. Both fuses are good yet nothing. The power buttons on the front of the refrigerator don't light up. Removed that switch. Reseated cable on pins but nothing. The mullion heaters are working as the doors are warm. Any ideas on the proper troubleshooting method? I'm a commercial refrigeration man but don't hardly remember a thing about ammonia systems besides I think this is electrical since it's quite dead.

Thanks... Gary

It is model RM 2852. Propane/electric. Neither light comes on. Reseated all plugs on the circuit board also.

Thanks... Gary

Gary when I replaced the cooling unit on mine it would not come on and the lights on the control bar would not work. I did all the tests I knew to do and gave up and called a rv repairman local to come ck it. he changed the C-board but that was not it so he cked the 12v fuses again and the one to the ref was blowed. they are suppose to lite up red but it is my understanding that if there is no load on the fuse it won't lite up just something else to ck and make sure. BTW he charged me 125.00 to put the fuse in and took the new board back.
one of my weaker moments!!

Thanks for the link to the manual Noneck. Very helpful. I checked a few things along the lines in the book and it looks like my lower board didn't enjoy the winter for whatever reason. Will actually check it tomorrow by the book.

Thanks... Gary
