Yes, they do stick - I've been known to check them so that's a good idea... However... even after getting the escape window open, they are so high I know the fall will cripple me. DW already warned me that I have to go first, so that when she follows, the landing will be softer for her. I just hope I'll be able to crawl away from harm's way because I'm afraid she won't be able to drag me.
