Electrical assistance please
When I see something I could screw up I ask so here it is. I'm replacing the light fixtures in our HC. Keystone's wiring has a white wire and a yellow wire. The old light has a black wire tied to the yellow wire and a white wire tied to the rigs white wire. The new fixtures come with a black wire and a red wire. Should black go to the rigs yellow wire and red go to the white wire, or not?

If they are led lights just hook them up. If the polarity is correct it will work, if not it won't but won't damage the light. They are just a diode and pass the current in one direction; reversal should not hurt it.
If not comfortable with that there are a number of ways to determine polarity coming to the light but how the light is wired would have to be determined. I would just hook it up and reverse if it didn't work.

I agree with sourdough, but if I had to guess, the white wire on the old fixture is negative. On the new fixture the black should be negative

If they are 12 volt lights you can put your voltmeter across the two trailer side wires to determine polarity. The meter should read 12 vdc if your meter positive lead is touching the positive wire or -12 vdc if your meter positive lead is touching the 12 v ground wire. So you would know which is the positive wire.
Then if the new fixture leads are labeled pos and neg then hook up accordingly. But like Danny said, it probably doesn’t matter if you hook up wrong the first try. But I am a little anal and like to know beforehand.
If it is 120 vac then it doesn’t matter either way.

There aren't any 120V lights in these trailers. Are they 12V ?

I don't know about the newer units but some of the older ones definitely have 120 volt lights. One light over my dining table and the nearest sconce wall light is hundred and twenty volt along with the ceiling fan

That's true, I should have mentioned I'm changing out the 12v lights.

This was my thought, sounds like 120v vs 12v lights
