Extended Maintenance Plan for 3500 Chevy

I have a 2015 Chevrolet 3500 SRW with 106,000 miles. My Extended GM Warranty ends in a few days.
Question: Does anyone use or have a recommendation on obtaining an Extended Service Contract for Major Repairs? If so, recommended company?

I know Good Sam offers something. My concern is for that high dollar Diesel repair that could arise.

Thanks for any input.

Insurance companies are in business to make money. They research expected repairs to build and sell maintenance plans that include a profit for them.

You can decide to self insure and save your premiums or buy the coverage.

If you take great care of your vehicles and drive them easy the odds are in your favor to self insure.

If you skimp on preventative maintenance or run your rig hard you may do better with a plan.

I use my truck for a lot of off road hunting so I bought a plan.

There are many great coverage options - shop around. I use USAA but I have lot confidence in USAA in recent years.
