Though I don't have one (yet), it's on my want list.
I can see where the higher capacity would be beneficial as there is more fluid to absorb/disperse the heat. The MagHytec pans and covers are made of aluminum which transfers the heat faster than stamped steel and it also has fins that aid cooling. In high heat situations, this is a good thing. I would think that this will help extend the life of the tranny and lengthen the time between fluid changes. I see no down side to installing one other than you'll be a bit lighter in the wallet.
