Mhc furrion fireplace

How in the dickens do you get the FURRION fireplace out of the cabinet?

I think you will find some tiny screws that secure the glass cover. In your photo - look on the right and left ends of the narrow slots where your control buttons are.
Then the glass should slide up and off. Once the glass is off - look for 4 screws on the face - 2 left and 2 on the right. Grab the fireplace in the slots and pull forward.

My fireplace was difficult to pull out because the rough opening in the wood was extremely tight to the sheet metal box (back side of the fireplace). So much so that the screw heads on top of the back box were digging into the wood header. I really had to pull HARD. Most people here - the fireplace comes out easy. I just wanted to let you know that mine was b-witch to get out.

I posted pics in a thread a couple years ago but I could not find the thread.

Used Al's first suggestion, Amazon couldn't get the pry bar here today ... well, no screws to secure glass ... just lifted up on glass. Fortunately, only need to rearrange rocks - need some super glue to keep them in place. Original glue didn't hold.
