A/C thermostat fuse

Can anyone tell me where I might find the fuse for my Air conditioner thermostats in my 2020 Montana 3120rl. The fuse and breakers access panel is unclear as marked. Maybe in the storage basement area ? Both units stopped working last night and I have no temp readings in my in-command screen so doing some troubleshooting TIA

When I pulled the 15 amp fuse marked furnace it cut the power to the thermostat. Mine was black, I think it might be a breaker.

The black fuse is a re-setable fuse. For me it was the heater that stopped working in the middle of the night. It
will get weak and trip too soon so replace it with a normal 15amp fuse.

Ron,

Did you try powering off the iN Command (IC) and booting it up again? The room sensors run to the control box for the rooftop unit which in turn is connected to the gateway (box attached to the control box) which does all the communications with IC. I lost room temps data and rear unit would not run because of a loose wire going into the gateway, but I've also lost control and simply rebooting solved the problem.

Yes, I'd tried most everything. It was the third time it stopped working and nothing I tried worked.
Replacing the fuse did and have not had a problem since.

Ron and Rhonda have the same dealer as we do. They typically remove that resettable fuse with a regular fuse before delivery. Hope it’s as simple as replacing that fuse, or resetting the In-Command system as Rip said. Either way, I would still get rid of that resettable fuse.

Sorry today was a moving day for us. Yes I did try to reset the IC but that didn’t do anything. Thanks for your response. I also pulled the furnace fuse and the red fault indicator light came on, I put it back in but still nothing. Gonna do some troubleshooting tomorrow morning. It’s supposed to get down in the 40’s tonight so I wont need A/C for a day or two. Thanks everyone for your responses.

Hey folks just got back from the Okanagan Valley pulling my 335rl with my new 3500 gasser 6.6 passes anything but a gas station. Just over 9000kms without a scratch. Backed into our spot at 9 pm black as hell couldn't see anything and a branch tore small holes in roof and punched hole in the back. Wife was concentrating the trailer not hitting deck and forgot about tree. Pulled great through the Rockies but not like my last truck 6.7 Ford powerstroke. Can't wait to call insurance tomorrow.. Poor me anyhow the wife wants all the carpet out of the trailer. Anybody tackled that job here ???

Bob, you probably will get more replies if you start a new post. You are under the discussion of thermostat fuse. It would also help if you put the year of your 335rl. The new ones don’t have carpet, but many people have done that job. Good luck and sorry about the mishap.

Update:
I had an RV tech come out to the campground and troubleshoot my a/c issue. He found control boards inside the a/c units that had small reset buttons on them. Reset both boards and changed out the furnace fuse to a standard clear fuse and got both units working. Looks like this problem was due to low voltage. I’m getting a reading of approximately 111 after the watchdog and about 106 at the outlets inside my rig. The number fluctuates some. I noticed when the weekend came and the park got full my volts would get lower. We have since moved out of that park and to a new one and have much better electricity here, 119v and up and no electricity problems.

My question is how much voltage should I be loosing between my supply post and my outlets inside ?

It's not that you are losing voltage between the post and your outlets, but is just because the electric system in the park is not wired heavy enough to handle all the loads and every additional load added drops the park's voltage down even further.
