Our trailer with front low profile front AC is 13'4" at level and about the same when hooked up as it rides level. Had previously built a a shop with 14' 1" ceiling above concrete floor before our first RV and put sliding doors at each gable end at same height as ceiling for a pull through. Have ample room to raise front of rig for hitching, and do crawl around on top to inspect or wash, but if building again would make in 16 ft. tall ceiling.
