Best way to contact keystone with photos

I seem to recall posters relating good people at keystone to contact but did a search and couldn't come up with anything.

We have owned our Montana 3400 for 13 months and last week notice a gap below the garage. The sheet metal was slipping away. Noticed the next day that it is not securely attached. Tech said it looks like they didn't use enough sheet metal to get up to the screwed on fastener.

Thought I would at least contact keystone and see if they would authorize a fix.

Thanks for any help.

Hawkpat,
The best way is to go through your dealer. You don't indicate what year your 3400 is. Did you buy it new? Often Keystone will want to see photos but they also expect you to work through your dealer. You mention "Tech" so it sounds like you may have contacted a dealer. They should know how the process works. Good luck. HamRad

Call Keystone customer service at the 800 # on the website. They'll tell you where to send the pictures and what to do next. Get them involved, however, so if things don't go well with a dealer you've got them already on your side.
