Siding Loose

We have a 2014 3402 Big Sky that we love. I been looking on MOC web site for someone else that might have had the same problem.
I brought the slide in and walked away from our rig and heard a loud pop, the curb side slide's skin has come loose from the wall under the windows.I took it to a repair facility at which they informed me that it was a factory defect due to the screws were to short and didn't even go into the wood. there is just a thin strip of glue that was holding it. I contacted Misty in customer service at Keystone and she informed me that we are out of warranty
Anybody had this problem???

The sad part of this is management knew the screws were too short. The people on the line used the screws that were furnished. Somebody up the chain of command knew there was a problem and did nothing to correct the it. Management knew about this and they would like for us to buy another Montana. Good luck with that.
