sweet. I don't think I have room for that, but you can bet I'll check on it.

I take a deep breath every time the slide comes in.. As a cabinet maker, you know about fine measurements, I really measured very carefully, and often. That small fan was the ticket. It does move good air.

I can't make the dang pictures bigger....what size fan is that ? I see six blades, but....

We are prepped for a/c in the bedroom, and we have a roof vent...I doubt I could fit it in, but will still take a look. We live with the fan on over our bed...it would be nice in the monty.

I have thought about doing this. How did you get that board up overhead and is it fastened to anything?

I slid the board through the opening within the A/C unit, if you have a roof vent, just take the plastic trim down and insert it there. If you don't have an A/C unit in the bedroom, measure carefully because if and when you put the unit in, you want the fan and the A/C to be positioned.
No, just the screws holding the fan bracket, which is plenty sturdy.
We love the fan, it should be an option at the factory. We have one above the bed in the stick house.

Like sleeping in a wind turbine? Somehow I just picture myself waking up and getting batted in the head by either the light or the spinning blades. Very clean installation you did, just like all the rest of your stuff. Great job.

Ha! Not like that at all, those small fans don't mess your hair up. I have never even come close to the blades, stretching, getting up and into bed. Did a dry run before buying fan. Thanks for the compliment.

Great job Ozz. I agree that it should be an option from the factory. I love mine at home. Shannon does not like me to run the bedroom a/c at night. Says it gets too cold. A fan would be a great compromise.

Here at the 'Stick house' I installed what we call a Mini-Split in our bedroom. It's about a 2 ton, unit, the evaporator hangs on the wall. It is as quiet as the Ceiling fan. We like it cool and dry in there at night, I just push the remote button and it keeps the bedroom at 70 degrees. We still use the Ceiling fan there.

Look at the Mr. Slim unit.
