For years I was an avid snowmobiler and I know many people who tried to use that act to recieve warranty coverage on snowmobiles that were altered or did not use oem parts for repair. Simple fact is when it comes time to seriously challenge a manufacturer they have way more money and staff lawyers.. We as consumers cant compete.
