Fireplace in our 2016 3160rl

Our fireplace has stopped working. It appears there's no power to the unit. We're thinking the plug has wiggled Itself loose during travel but have been unable to find access to the plug. Any advice?

Thanks in advance,
Jim

On the older units there were four screws on the front of the cabinet. You'd take the screws out and the whole unit would slide out. Plug was behind. Also some units had loose wires.

On mine there is a metal surround piece about 1 1/4" wide which slides off to expose the screws. Once the 4 screws are removed, the fireplace can be simply lifted out and you can access the plug. Once out you can remove the access plate to change bulbs if necessary.

Take the drawers out of your ent. Center, you may be able to see or reach the outlet. That cabinet is only a bit over 12" deep.
