Toilet replacement

We would like to replace the toilet in our 2013 3725 RL we had a Dometic 320 in our first fifth wheel that toilet seem to work really well the problem we are having it is not holding water it never held water can always leak. It still works okay you just have to fill it with water when you use it we never did have any order in the camper from the toilet it's kind of more of a want thing than a need thing.

We replaced our Thetford toilet years ago with a Dometic 310, although it could have just as easily been a 320, either one would fit. The only thing that wasn't a perfect fit was the water line connection, which on ours, I was able to slightly flex the PEX line over to the other side of the Dometic from where the Thetford supply line went to. I haven't had to replace anything from new, and this is over 6 years ago.

When I replaced ours, I added a shut off valve

I installed the 320 2 years ago, I think. It worked great for 2-3 months then stopped holding water. After researching it, I got my gloves on and pulled the rubber seal off, cleaned it, lubed it with plumbers grease, and reinstalled it. Hasn't leaked since. If you are unsure you want to try this, I believe Dometic has a video on how to replace the seal -or if not somewhere on the internet there is one I watched.
