Good news I guess

Was called today about my Montana 3931FB from our dealership. They said that they found the problems and that they can fix it with no worries about us having troubles with it later.

We order a Onan 5500 gen set for the trailer. It was not put in at the factory, it was installed at the dealership. The reason for them doing that it was because the trailer would have been in the shop at the time of the lock down so we would not have received our trailer on time. So they let a new teck install the generator with supervision. Well, it didn't get wired in the trailer correctly and when they came out to fix the vibration problems they did something else to the system that caused all the problems. SO the trailer needs to be rewired from the generator back to the 50 amp shore plug to the inverter box to the electric systems area. with the inverters and switches all being replaced with new. New transfer switch to the generator back to a new surge protector and all new wires and cables.

They said that we can have the trailer back to us as soon as next week. (May 5, 6 or 7th).

Sure hope that they get it fixed that we have no problems with anything. Will keep you informed on how it goes....

Sounds like they should have gotten a better supervisor to supervise the supervisor that was supervising the new tech. As long as they get it done.
