120 volt meter

C.W. and others sell a plug-in line voltage meter, it is pretty handy to have.
I also have a small panel meter I installed on a wall:

I keep one of those plug-ins in an outlet over the kitchen counter that we never use for any thing else. Easy to see and out of the way.

Ditto on the voltage meter usage. Always plugged in at a visible spot. May sound odd with an Autoformer and an EMS, but it is somehow reassuring to be able to see that little needle in the green area. I do like the black background on the one that you used Ozz, may have to look for one of those, since our new color scheme is primarily black.
At last a mod that I don't have any reservations about adding to the ever lengthening list!!!

Ozz,
I hadn't thought about an installed panel meter, but may have to consider that. I was thinking along the simpler lines, the kind that pugs into an electrical receptacle.

I found the best voltmeter to get to be one of those Kill-A-Watt plug-ins that you can also set to measure amps and, KW and KWHrs. So for less than $20, you get it all - I just leave it plugged in to a kitchen receptacle and set on voltage.

We keep one of those voltage meters plugged into a very visible kitchen outlet as well. I think it was $15.00 Canadian, we refer to it often.

We like to see what the state of our power is, so we installed these meters from Datel for $65 per.

Each meter displays Voltage, Amperage, Watts and Hertz. The meter can be set to scroll through each measurement or to stay static on any one display. Of course, we obtained two to monitor each of our two legs of incoming power.
