If you have a repair guy who will make the repairs then Keystone will send the parts. You will need to pay the repairman when the work is done and Keystone will reimburse you. I recommend that you send photos and your VIN to Keystone Customer Service to get the ball rolling. Give your phone number, but, go on record asap to 'document' any warranty issue.
