Need to lower 1 jack

I have a 2019 3930fb with the 6 jack automatic leveling system. My rig is perfectly level, I used the auto level button. The middle jack behind the steps is about 1 inch from the block. I want to lower that one jack for more stability but can't figure out how to do it. Thanks.

Bill,
I think you go to your panel power up and then go to manual mode. One of the four button's will control that jack. But what you need to do is stop as soon as it touches the ground or pad. because then they start to move in pairs. The other thing you can try is to re level the trailer by automatic and see if that take care of the one jack.

hope this helps

I don't think that's possible. You can control the two front, or the rear right two together or rear left two together, but none of them separately. They do move separately until level.

I was able to move one jack at a time, but I did it by an unknown random amount and sequence of pushing the buttons. I never figured out what I' did, and I've never had issues with out-of-stroke or LF, LR type errors since. I did eventually learn how to fix those LF, LR type errors, but haven't had any in a long time.

But, moving a single jack by itself IS possible. I have moved all 6 of mine, alone. But how I did it, well, I may never figure it out again. Once thing is certain, Lippert sure keeps these types of things a secret, because I've never been able to find anything about this is any of the on-line manuals or on any of the Lippert YouTube videos.

I do know, you have to be in manual mode, and then it's a combination of pushing the middle diamond button, either left or right, and then the front or back, then the retract and push the diamond again. It was something really weird like that. Since I've not had any issus in over a year and a half, I'm not messing with it either.
