Slide Out Seals Marking Slide Walls

The double seals on all our slides are leaving marks top to bottom when retracted. This has occurred since new. We are fulltimers and the slides are almost always extended. I can use something like goo-gone to remove the marks but they just reappear after retracting the slides and moving. I have inspected the seals and can find nothing out of the ordinary. They are just like new. Any ideas?
