gremlins in my microwave

the last few times we have stopped for the day when I come into the rig after ground power has been connected my microwave oven is running. I have made sure that there was no additional time on the clock when we get ready to leave the campsite. any ideas how to get these gremlins out of my microwave. I guess I could store potatoes in there and would have a nice baked potato but I really don't need them every time we get to a campsite. The clock keeps perfect time

YOU HAVE A BAD CIRCUIR BOARD. GET FIXED OR YOU COULD HAVE FIRE.. MINE WOULD COME ON BY ITSELF WHEN HOOKED UP TO SHORE POWER......

I assume by running you mean the turntable was turning. I Had the exact same problem with our microwave. Each time we stopped and plugged into shore power it happened. It was not heating or anything just the turntable running. The Microwave was replaced on Warranty so I do not know if it was a door switch, circuit board or what kind of problem. The new one would only run the fan on high speed. This time the fan and circuit board were replaced under warranty by the manufacturer when Keystone would not warranty it.

If you are still under warranty I would contact Keystone otherwise contact the manufacturer and see what a new board would cost. Not hard to replace, don't even have to remove the microwave.

If the problem is the same as mine then there was no heat so no danger of fire.

Our microwave is a Fridgidaire by the way.

Not a good thing. I'd call Keystone that rig isn't that old.

Do you have an inverter on that circuit? If so I would look for a loose neutral connection

You may have one of the bad units. On the SOB forum I also frequent there has been a series of Microwave/Convection ovens turning on by themselves. Looks like it's related to units built in early 2013 I think.
As said, I'd contact Keystone and maybe even Frigidaire too.
