Frame Flex?

Not sure if I am posting to the right place..... but here goes. I usually load the trailer with all our stuff with the trailer off the truck and never have seen this. I happened to be unloading the trailer with it still hooked up and noticed this. My closet wall bows when hitched to the truck and goes back when unhitched. This is a 2010 Montana High Country 333db. Is this Normal? Do i have to much frame flex? is the wall cut to big? Any ideas would be helpful. Is this something i should contact Keystone on?

The first two pictures are of the closet when the trailer is off the truck.

The second two pictures are of the closet when the trailer is on the truck.

Thanks again.

This does not look right to me. I would think something loose is causing that much flex. I would show it to your dealer and see what he reccomends. Sorry for your problem. Good luck...

Greg, contact Keystone and send these pictures to them. When hooking to the truck and raising the landing gear foot pads, do you hear any creaking or squeaking noises?

I am guessing but, I do think you have frame flex.

X2 on contacting Keystone. If that isn't a damaged frame something else is seriously wrong.

I had the same thing happen to mine. Contacted Keystone and was told to take it to my dealer for evaluation. If you look at the front closet slanted panel, you may find it pooped the staples also. It turned out to be floor security and wrong measurement on closet panel. Sounds simple but Keystone paid to have my front dropped, pictures taken of the frame etc.
The key thing here is "have your dealer involved in the process early". You need to be the gatekeeper.

My Monty had damage simular but not a extensive as yours but mine turned out to be a damaged mounting brackets for the pin box, realy the only way to see what is happening is to ermove the skin that conseals the pin box and frame. mine was riped up real bad due to a road hazard i have pictures and will post if interrested.
