You know what I am sick and tired of? People trying to tell other people how to live their lives!!!! You see it everyday in one form or another, don't drink soda, don't use plastic straws etc etc... (oh and don't use the .....).

We don't own a golf cart but I have absolutely ZERO issues if someone else does. We do own a side by side and it really pizzs me off when folks say that only hiking should be allowed in some parks! Just because YOU don't like how someone enjoys their life does not give you the right to shut them down!!! Just because you ride a bike (we do too) does not make you better than a person that rides in a golf cart.

We all desperately need to learn to get along and live and let live!!!......
Talk about overreacting.

LOL At the Rally we had a golf cart. Not a single day of the Rally did I do less than 10K steps. Most days over 13K. One guy with bad knees was running his dog while in a cart.

They have their uses, and not always to make folks lazy.

BTW my wife has mobility issues and the carts made all the difference

Gas or electric can be tuned to go more than 30 MPH. My electric goes about 18 MPH

We ran our club car trough one of those speed limit displays at 27 MPH. We purchased it used that way. That is way to fast for a golf cart. The speed limit here in our resort is 10MPH. They run them on the road up in the villages but they are street ready and licensed.
