TV Mudd flaps

There is a huge Toy Hauler 5er next to us and he has a really nice mudd flap assembly that goes in his trucks lower receiver hitch. It comes out and "T's" off where two extra large rubber mudd flaps hang down. He said he loves it because it keeps all the junk from coming up off the back tires of his TV and getting on the front of his 5er. Anyone out here have one of these? Do they interfere with sharps turns?
