Possibly good nows for "frame flex"

I have a 2021 6751. I purchased it when it was 1 year old. At the start of a 5 month trip during the summer of this year I noticed a diagonal crack in the outer wall from the rear corner of the right front slide. That crack grew during the trip. I called Keystone and reported the problem. They asked no questions but said take it to any Keystone dealer for evaluation and report to Keystone. The dealer confirmed frame problems but gave little hope of warranty service because 1) we were several months past the 3 year warranty and 2) I was not the original owner. A few days later the dealer reported that Keystone would cover the repairs. Said they have not received info on exactly what Keystone will authorize but at least it appears Keystone is going to do the right thing. As a side note, during that 5 month trip I had to replace 5 motors and 2 controllers in the front 2 Schwinn tech slides. Is it likely that was related to the frame problems?

Good, hope it works out. If possible, push to have the unit repaired at the Keystone service center in Indiana; even if you have to transport it. They make these repairs all the time; the dealer may not be very experienced. Anything is possible, but I have not heard of controllers/motors being related to this problem. Talk to Keystone about it when they are repairing the broken studs.

If possible take your rig to Affinity RV Group in Goshen Indiana for repair. They are the best for this repair.

Motors and controllers not very likely, but stripped gearing and racks on the side of the slide create an out of timing definitely can happen because of flex in the bedroom slide that warps the H-column.
