Slam latches
Is there any adjustments on the cargo slam latches?
After fifth wheel was in the shop, now pass side cargo door will only shut if you hold the latches open when closing.

Not that I'm aware of. Everything is screwed and riveted. Check all of the screws for tightness.

Forum member ChuckS has a YouTube video on slam latches (linked below).
Your issue sounds to me like they need to be cleaned and lubed or maybe replaced. This video will help you figure out the solution.
Keep in mind these slam latches are likely made from the bestest-mostest strongest-purest-highest quality Chinese pot metal and plastic available…and provided by the low bidder. The pot metal is sourced from the finest junk yards in China and carefully smelted to precision shapes - custom for your RV…or am I confusing the slam latch story with my theater chairs? Oh well, they both come from the same Chinese junk yard.

Thanks Mike. When I have some time I have to take them apart and see if I can get them working like they were.
After picking rv from shop, I noticed not shutting like they did before………..

Hope I am not hijacking this thread too much. I have a problem with my doors, but it is not the latch itself but the short (3-4 inch) bar that the latch hooks on. the whole smallish ledge that it is screwed to is bending/pushing down a bit. I have tried bigger screws and they all pull out eventually.
So I have to 'open' the latch handle as I shut the door. So does anyone else have this problem and if so how to fix it???????????

You might try using some PTFE Dry Lube on the latch and mechanism. It is good for not attracting dirt and grime and will provide lubrication for the metal to metal contact points. I have to spray my door latches several times a year.
