voltage lithium batteries
What should the voltage read for a pair of lithium batteries. I just had a pair installed by dealership today and voltage is showing 13.2

Do you have the Manufacturer or Model info on the batteries? The data sheet or manual should give the voltage to capacity table. A very "general" guess would 70-75% @ 13.2 volts.

Lithium batteries maintain a fairly flat voltage and it is not as clear of a SOC indicator as with a lead acid battery. Would recommend adding a battery monitor if the batteries do not have a bluetooth BMS indication.

While they are on a charger the voltage should be 14.3 or 14.4. 13.3 isn’t fully charged even if they aren’t on a charger.

Did they set the converter charger to lithium mode?

% charge with voltage at rest (30 minutes after disconnected) depends on the manufacturer.
Many are similar but it is best to check their website for a chart.

I installed 2-100AH lithium batteries in parallel, moved the switch to LI, but it doesn’t appear that they are charging! I have a Bluetooth battery monitor installed so after installing the voltage was 13.1 - however this morning the read 12.8 - any suggestions?

What brand batteries. They should have a built in BMS that allows you to turn off the charge and discharge function. Check for a bluethooth app. Also what is the temp where you're at? If below freezing and the battery temp hits 32 degrees they will not charge unless they have built in heaters.

Is the Disconnect Switch OFF (i.e the big Red Key can be removed)?
What voltage are you measuring at the battery terminals using a VOM? It should be what you measure at the converter output contacts. Somewhere north of 13.4V.
