Just a couple of quick thoughts. Can you bypass your switch and run it directly? If so, you have a bad switch. Have you checked the ground for the motor?

Jack

The motor is 12vdc but configured to operate in both directions therefor you have to have + and - (ground) on each pair of wires and then reversed depending on mode (up or down). The motor is insulated from the chassie ground for that reason. When you check voltage you have to put a VOM on both wires and only measure them, not to chassie ground.

I am guessing it not workings means when you push the switch. As stated, try bypassing it or ohm it out.

Good luck and let us know what you find.

Can you hand crank your legs up or down?

I found the problem 30amp fuse was blown? Checked three times with meter, checked good and looked good. Don't know how I was reading voltage at the motor, but ran motor on battery then across fuse and bingo, replaced fuse all is OK. The other motor must have taken it out when it quit.

Glad you found the problem. Odd that the fuse read good even though it was bad. That's one I will store in the memory bank for future reference.

Happened to us, too. Turns out the fuse s pretty well buried in the back of the cabinet, and it’s an inline fuse. Thought I checked them all, but missed that one.
