Underneath storage leak

Help! Winter will be coming and I was washing our rig and found water in the underneath storage I have only seen this after a rainstorm from hell last year. I thought it was a one time thing (guess not). When I further inspected I found that the door frames are actually loose what do I seal them with. Do I just use regular silicone like in a house? Please help! Picture is included

Home Depot has a good selection of rubber seal options.

Yes on the silicone. I would make sure it is 100% pure silicone. Comes in clear and many colors as well. I usually keep some clear on hand for quick patches and such.
Make sure and clean the area as good as you can before putting on the silicone so it can bond.

Lexel is the best clear sealant I have EVER used for visible sealers. Being a career carpenter I have used 100's of tubes of caulking. Lexel is crystal clear, you can use it on wet surfaces on just about anything. Only downside is open time is kind of short.

Just resealed some of mine. I took the doors and frames completely out. Found no sealant behind the frames. $ screws and they were out in seconds. Cleaned them up, backcaulked with silicon and reinstalled. Caulked around them with a fine bead of silicon.
