2019 Keystone Montana 305RL Warranty

Hello all. We purchased a 2019 Keystone Montana 305RL at the beginning of last year. We have been generally happy with the Montana 305RL fifth wheel and have even encouraged a couple friends to purchase similar Keystone models (2 other units were purchased within the last year). There have been small issues/repairs that we have been able to fix without concern for the quality of the unit. Within 12 months of purchasing, we had to have an area of delamination of the fiberglass repaired. Fortunately, this was covered under the 12 month warranty that was included with the unit. Just recently, we have noticed another two areas of delamination but are no longer under the manufacturer warranty and our extended warranty does not cover this as they claim it is cosmetic. Considering the unit was only purchased in early 2019, this is concerning to us considering we have already dealt with a similar issue once before, worried that it will continue to happen, and that we would have to cover the cost of repair out of pocket. We are very protective of this camper and consistently checking for and filling all caulking/sealant that may be older and cracking. Every time we bring the camper in for any small repair, we ask our mechanic to take a look at all sealants and fill as necessary. We live in Arizona and the issue is not being caused by water leakage considering we are always checking the seals and the camper is rarely exposed to rain (AZ has been in a drought for the past 2 years). It would also not be a heat related issue considering we stay in northern Arizona during the summer months and average around 20 degrees cooler than the Phoenix Metro area.

When we purchased the unit we were told that it comes with a One Year Warranty, bumper-to-bumper is how it was explained to us. With the recent issues with the delamination, I've been looking into the coverage for this model online and found a link showing that it may actually have a One Year Limited Base Warranty as well as a Three Year Limited Structural Warranty - https://www.keystonerv.com/warranty/

I'm trying to better understand this and wondering if anyone has any experience with the One Year Limited Base Warranty and if the 3 Year Limited Structural Warranty is included with this or if the website is explaining the differences between two different coverage types (the one year explanation is quite lacking).

I've attempted to email their Customer Relations team last week, but have not received a response. Also tried calling in today and sat on hold for almost an hour before having to drop off the call. Any info, recommendations, or experiences on this would be greatly appreciated.
