Check Amazon you can get a complete roof replacement kit with EPDM rubber roof membrane glue and self-leveling sealant for around 480 bucks. And if you don’t wanna do it yourself. You’re an Atwater I would suggest calling a place in Riverbank called smooth as glass and see if you can get a quote from them. They do outstanding work.
The guy that runs the show his name is Jeff. Good luck 10,000 seems a little bit expensive to me for a new roof

Sounds to me like the RV Armor with a lifetime transferable warrenty is a much better option than just a new rubber roof with a 1 year warranty. It can also be a selling point when you are ready to sell it or trade it in. I would investigate it further and talk to your insurance company about it. $175 labor rate sounds a bit high. I’m in Ft. Worth and labor rates are $165 and Camping World is $145, $135 if you are a Good Sam member.

Recommend talking to The RV Roof Man in Sacramento. We had him put a ‘direct to deck’ rubber-like roof on our rig a year and a half ago. Great workmanship and a fair price. It’s a multi-coat, liquid-applied system. Lifetime warranty too. About 3/8-inch thick when finished.

4yrs ago a tree jumped out into the drive way. Bent an aluminum strut and tore the roof membrane. CW pulled the membrane back and replaced the aluminum strut, repaired the membrane from the inside. You can’t even see the repair, no slit , or tape or buckle. Did an awesome job. I know it didn’t cost $10,000.

Final Repair Cost
Appreciate all of your input. I finally got call from my insurance company with the estimate they received from the Montana RV Dealership where my RV is in for repairs. The dealership submitted the cost to replace the roof at $13,575.00. My insurance negotiated the cost to $11,750.00. My out of pocket cost is $500.00.
Thanks!

Thanks for the update - I'm sure that lifted quite a load off your shoulders. As a personal comment, based on comments above, I took a look at that flex-armor and I'm impressed with it enough that I might have it done if something happens to our rig. Looks like they have an authorized dealer less than 200 miles from me now.
