How to stop sewer hose leak

I have a small leak in my sewer hose. I will be replacing it with a sewermaster but probably not for a couple weeks. Does anyone know of a product to stop/seal the leak in the interim?

There isn't any real pressure on the sewer hose besides the force of the water/waste. I would clean real good around the leaking area and wrap it with gorilla tape.

Any good water seal tape should work for a short period of time.

Gorilla tape will work if tightly wrapped.

Clean well, then slather some silicone on it. Dry 24 hr. Worked for me in the past.

Go to Walmart and just buy a new hose. Good grief, they aren't that expensive in the grand scheme of RVing costs.

Is the hose leaking or the fitting? If its the hose rotate it 180 degrees and put the leak on the top. If it's the connector than put some vasaline on the O ring.

If you have any Eternabond tape laying around, clean the wound and throw on a small piece. The stuff works to seal a hot tub, so a sewer hose would not be a challenge.

Leaking sewer hose

Be sure to store the leaking hose under your bed between uses!

I had a couple of small leaking scuffs on the outer coil ridge of a fairly new hose. A very small dab of JB Weld along the scuff marks fixed the leaks
