TV sound thru surround sound speakers

BB_TX Montana Master Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: McKinney Posts: 7,170 M.O.C. #6433	I have an audio cable from the TV audio output to my sound system aux audio input. Doesn't get full surround sound. But even the front 3 speakers give much better sound than the little TV speakers. With some sound systems and the right connections you can get full 5.1 surround sound via HDMI connections.
