Torn flooring

Hi All !
The wife and I have a 2019 Montana that is giving me fits because of torn vinyl flooring. We have had the entire floor replaced under warranty, the dealer has replaced two squares, and now one of the replacement squares has an edge that is lifting. The dealer has told me to reseal it with Congoleum SU80 seam sealer which appear to be no longer available or out of stock. Does anyone know what type of material the floating floor is made of and what other type of seam sealer could be used ?
Thanks

Ken

Go to any larger flooring store (not Lowes or HD) and buy from them, will be more expensive. They use the stuff everyday.
