Yes there are lock for the king pin. Another simple lock is a chain around the king pin with a lock on it. either one would prevent the ability to hook-up the trailer to a 5th wheel hitch. My only concern is leaving the 5th wheel in a Wal-Mart lot. This practice is often frowned upon unless of course you had permission.
