First pic is my control panel.
Water heater control is the upper right that says “OF” (pic is sideways)
Second pic is a close up…button on the left is ON/OFF
Arrows are for temperature up or down.
We leave ours at 130*
I always bleed the gas line thru the stove first to make sure the lines are charged before turning on the water heater.

In the pic below - the black 15 amp fuse (#6 from the left) controls furnace and on-demand water heater. Check that fuse.

In winter while RV is parked at my house but plugged in to shore power, the water heater has a freeze protection sequence built in to the circuit board. When temps get down to ( say 39*) it starts firing and trying to light…click click click over and over again. It is doing what it is supposed to do - but I did not want it clicking with no water in the system while parked at my house. Pulling that fuse kills it completely. In winter, I just keep the fuse taped to the fuse box door until we get ready to travel - then I stick it back in.

If that does not solve the problem - call Suburban customer service. They have been helpful to me.

If the water is hot why do you need to heat it?

I'm not sure how yours is hooked up, but when we added ours you still need to turn on the gas switch on the main control panel to get electric to the controls on the water heater.

Call Airexcel Suburban customer service. 423-775-2131
They emailed me a trouble shooting guide for the Nautilus IW60 - but "no power" is not in the chart.
They also sent me a Service and Training Manual.
