Rich, I got the seat recall too. As for reflashes, I don't think it's an actual recall, just something all manufacturers come up with periodically. They plug a few updates into your computer.

I just had mine in to the dealer in Boerne Texas for an oil change and a computer check, the service manager said there were no super duty truck updates at that time, (3 weeks ago)
Should have waited a few weeks...

Rich,
Reflash is the computer software upgrade.I had to complain about lack of power during the regen to get the upgrade.
I have also problem with rear passenger door lock operation on the inside and a humming/grinding noise during slow left turns.
In the latest software there is a change in the duration of the regeneration and there is also message displayed when truck
is going into regeneration.

Thanks jerzy.. We also have that problem. Also when in tow command, pulling the 3400 anchor, on a maybe 3% Grade and the truck downshifts a gear we have a loss of power. I can feel it and see it on the tack and boost guage. It feels like it is not getting enough fuel.. I am making a list..and checking it twice..

Rich,
My major complaint is that very weak gas pedal response. I have to push pretty hard to start accelerate and then boost gage
is about 30 psi, otherwise the truck is waining and feels like it has no power. Called dealer today and they said that they
have to run a six different test for lack of power. He also said that my software is up to the newest version.

Hey Jerzy, I have a 2008 F250 SD 6.4 also. Do you know what the current version number should be, and do you know how I can tell what version is installed on my truck. I too noticed a lack of power during regen. By regen I assume you are talking about "filter cleaning cycles", right?

Buddy, the latest version is April 11, 2008 7U7A 12 B565AA. My service advisor told me that they reprogrammed PCM, but when I was
looking over the paper there is nothing saying that it was done. I do not know how to check this, only that computer should let you know
that regeneration is happening. I have look around the internet and maybe I can find anything about it. Yes regen is the dpf filter cleaning.
That number I got from another forum. I hope is correct.
