Is it the actual roof membrane or the lap sealant? The lap sealant cracking due to sun exposure is pretty common, although 9 months isn't very long.

Take photos of the affected areas and post them to this thread to get better feedback.

When replying go advanced, manage attachments and select pictures.
Bubbling in normal, adhesive off gassing. Checking is not. If the cracking is around sealed items like vent and skylights then that's the Dicore sealant and needs to be resealed. Also normal yearly maintenance.

Take the pics with your phone. Log in and get the Montana forum on your phone. Type something…like “here are the roof pics”…

In the gray pane just above where you are typing there are some icons.
Touch the PAPER CLIP icon.
Then - top left of the next pane - click CHOOSE FILE
Then choose PHOTO LIBRARY
Then choose 3 or 4 of your pics you just took.
Then choose UPLOAD FILE
When the file upload finishes, choose CLOSE THIS WINDOW
I always choose PREVIEW the post to check spelling and make sure the photos show up properly.

All the pictures were taken by the dealership and they emailed them to me in a zip file I don't know how to transfer them. Thanks for all of the responses.

There are lots of threads about cracked roof membrane with pics.
Read this one - how does your membrane compare to this one?

At 9 months, it should still be under warranty. I would email or call Keystone. We have a 2023 Montana 3901RK and I don't see any issues ... yet.

yes. mine looked like the picture above. but since my vent seemed to have been hit by a tree Keystine would not cover it under warranty. fortunately my insurance covered most of the new roof. they had to replace the whole thing. i upgraded to a heavier duty cover with a lifetime warranty.
