Use the "Menu" button on the edge of the TV. It, along with the other button functions, will allow you to change the channel scan options without the remote. Hit the "Menu" button and skip over to "Channel" where you can select either Air or Cable.

I would also hammer the dealer for the correct remote and manuals for your TV (and all the other equipment in the RV).

No, the remote is nothing like this in the picture. There's only a few buttons on it. And I was so damn flustered I didn't think to use the buttons on the tv, lol. I'll look into it. We were only on a two night trip so we had a lot to get used to in a short amount of time, not to mention unpacking and putting stuff away.

Your screenshot is the one I'm used to to scan but there's nothing I can do to get that screen on the Connexx TV. Although I haven't messed with the buttons on the side of the tv which is what I have to do now.

I am not sure what good it will do, but can you post a photo of this "remote"?

It's on the storage lot, we got back Saturday. I'll get back over there within a couple of days and get a picture. While it's open I'll mess with the TV again and see if the buttons do any good.
