Floor

So I pulled up the carpet under my couch cause I felt the wood cracked. Sure enough the plywood was rotten. I'm hopeful that a new piece of plywood will fix the problem. This is the only water damage I found and it looks pretty old. My place is 11 years old so who knows

Do you know how the water go in there? If it came from the top, it probably won't do you any good to just replace the floor...

I haven't seen any other water leaking in, checked all around outside and inside for anymore leaks. The wood looks really old also.

If your couch is in a slide like mine are, I have read numerous posts here and on other sites where the seal around the windows failed allowing water to get down the wall in the slide out. In several cases, just caulking around the windows fixed the leaking problem. You might check that area too while you have everything tore out.
