USB in bedroom quit working

This happened before, a couple years ago, and I was able to figure it out and get them working again. Now it happened again, but I can't remember what I did to correct it. There was a thunderstorm going on when they quit working. I've checked for blown fuses and couldn't find any. I've also checked the gfci in the bathroom. Has anyone had this same issue and figured out the fix for it?

I need to pull several of my doubles and check voltage. One side works and other doesn’t. Input is 12v?? What is out put?

I pulled the USB port out and checked the voltage to it. Had good voltage to it, so it has to be a bad fixture. Already ordered a new one.
