Earthquake
Did anyone else in Yuma AZ feel the earthquake last night? It was centered around Mexicalli and was a 5.4. I happenened to be sitting on the throne (I know...TMI) when it hit and that was pretty exciting.LOL

Was it the one at about 12:07 am.
My wife was still up and outside on the patio.
Talked to allot of people at breakfast this morning and they felt it, someone thought a huge gust of wind hit the 5th wheel.
We are at Cocopah RV.

That's the one. I think the official time was 12:12. I looked on the news here and could find nothing about it so checked the internet and found something about Baja California and that was it. It shook our 5th wheel pretty hard. We're at Country Roads.

Apparenty there was the one at 12;11 and a slight aftershock around 2am left like someone was jumping up and down on the couch. WE are at Mesa Verde on 4th ave in Yuma, will be 80 this weekend. But I guess some of us have to live with it

Well, another 5.1 this morning at 11:29. Shook the 5th wheel pretty well. Maybe it's time to head to higher ground.

The thing I like most about living in tornado country is at least you have warning and can get underground before they strike. With a quake you don't know when where or what time they are going to hit. Glad y'all are ok.

Felt the nice rolling quake last night followed by a smaller one a little later. Mexicali sure is shaking. Carolyn blamed me for the shaking, said I did not stabilize the Montana very well.

Yuma. Las Quintas RV Park. Last Friday had some more. One 4.9, 0ne 4.8 and a bunch of little ones. The earthquake site is interesting, in the area, there are upwards of 100 shakes nearly every week. We are now in a park model, with the Monty lonely in storage across the hiway. Mid April, we move back into it and head north.
