Jester I am so sorry to hear of the medical issues. I hope with all my heart you and DW are, and will be doing, OK. This is a good place to put your decision to sell. You might want to put it in the advertised sales section as well. I know lots of folks and I will convey your desire to sell. Got the trailer but what about specifics on the truck? Praying for your well being and recovery.

You might see if there are any consignment dealers near you and see what they will charge you to sell it for you. Advantage of that is that they will handle the sale and marketing details for you and all that goes along with it. Disadvantage is that they will charge a fee to do it.

I second the consignment. Call some dealerships and ask for either consigning or outright selling your rig. RV's are "Gold" right now and you will probably be able to move it pretty quickly.

Many dealers will do it on consignment. The dealer will take care of all the details. They may even purchase the rig as you say you need to have it gone ASAP .It will cost you and you may not get the best price. We worked the large RV shows locally and sold many consignment RVs.

So sorry to hear about your wife. We can pray and hope for a good recovery.
I've done well on Craigslist and have sold a couple trailers and trucks that way. The market is good and spring is just ahead. Best of luck!

Jester, I'm so sorry to hear the news about your wife. I hope she can pull through with a full recovery. I think for you, you'll have no problem selling your new rig. I found ours on the RV Trader. Clean used rigs are in demand.

We sold our 2018 Winnebago View on RV Trader. Took about 3 weeks IIRC.

First and foremost, Very sorry to hear.
On the RV sale
Get it listed on Craigslist / Facebook Marketplace right away, the trick is a ton of pictures and price it well. Price it well meaning, do some searches and see what others are asking for your rig, if you want a fast sale be lower.
I just sold a 2016 Montana over the summer, it sold in three days at the price I wanted.
Additionally call your local dealers, more and more of them are buying direct. A real good buddy of mine just sold his 2018 camper to a local dealer who was looking for inventory.
If all of the above doesn't work in say 2 weeks start paying for online adds at the major sale sites.
It will sell if you price it right!
Best of luck!

I am so sorry.
If you are near a Camping World give them a call, ask to speak to manager and ask about consignment. Clean used rigs are high in demand.
Our CW told us they can not keep them on the lot.

You can try Facebook MarketPlace. I had a few hits off this. But RV Trader does a good job too.

NADA
Sorry to hear about the medical issues. Hope she improves quickly. All of the previous suggested sales avenues are good suggestions. As far as pricing, look up your 5er and truck on the NADA web site. It will get you close to your values. The dealers use a dealer version that they purchase and goes into more detail for them to evaluate vehicles. Then there are the “market” prices to consider. You will want to price your vehicles somewhere around “average retail” and you should sell it fairly quickly. Unfortunately, you will take a big depreciation hit, so be aware of that. Fortunately, the market is still a sellers market and you can “ask” a price less than what most are asking for same unit. You can always come down, and people expect that. With some research, you should come up with a good asking price, and your bottom line price. Take your personal feelings out of it, and try to approach it like you are a buyer, not a seller, and you will figure out the pricing you need. Best of luck to you and a speedy recovery for your wife.

It is a sellers market for good diesel trucks right now. Where we live you can’t buy one so don’t price it too low.
Best of luck to you and especially your wife.

Ditto here in the PNW as well. I bought my truck used 2 1/2 years ago. Today it's worth a couple grand more, +/-, than I paid for it then. It's kinda nuts.
