Air Conditioner

We have a 2019 3121RL.

The upstairs air trips the breaker on auto and when you put it on low or high, it runs like auto - compressor and fan turn off but then come back on.

The downstairs air works like auto when set on high or low.

What a mess! At least we have air! Holiday World in Willis, Texas, kept our rv for several months. Said they fixed it, but they didn’t. I guess they’re just waiting for our warranty to run out and then they’ll figure it out!

Has anybody had these same air conditioner problems?

No, that is an unusual problem. Sounds like a thermostat or wiring issue.

If you have the Dometic CT thermostats; they have issues. Rather expensive, but here is the solution:

[QUOTE=mapittm;1282808]We have a 2019 3121RL.

So are you saying the breaker trips when the air circulation fan kicks on, OR when the compressor kicks on.

You need to take the cover off the AC unit and spin the air circulation fan by hand to see if it is binding up. Mud doubters coukd have built nest in the fan jamming it up. Inspect it thoroughly.
If it's clean maybe oil the motor bearing so the fan spins freely.
If the fan is good, it might be the compressor going bad. An HVAC guy can test that for you.
