When you cleaned out the calcium in the heater you stirred up a lot of crud. Your faucets and outlets are probably plugged with little calcium balls and flakes. Clean the screen first and then dig into the flow restrictors and if needed the feed lines. I had little balls of calcium in the feed lines where they connect to the faucet lines. I also had to replace the kitchen faucet as it was plugged to the point it was not cleanable.

By chance, did you happen to flip your winterizing valve? Make sure it's "off". If it's on, your water pump is sucking air, causing the spitting. Also, make sure your "fill / run" valve is NOT in the "fill" position. Regardless if running from your fresh water pump or from shore water, that valve should not be on "fill." It's put on "fill" only when actually filling the fresh water tank. Otherwise, it also will suck air and the end result is exactly what you are experiencing.
