Norcold 2118x right refrigerator door not sealing

We have had this 3231ck 5th wheel for about a year and every time it goes into the shop for something the fridge door gets worked on. Norcold's latest solution for the shop was to raise the r/s door with a washer.
Took it out this weekend and the door lost it's seal as usual.
How can we convince Norcold to replace the fridge? We are at the end of our warranty and none of the fixes are working. Anyone have any ideas?

Squeaky wheel gets the grease! Call Keystone, Norcold and find a better dealer or repair facility. Don't take no for an answer! Did you get an extended warranty? Most don't, I did and it's paid off! By the way.....once you close the door it pops open the opposing door. I always have to close and check all other doors.
