Hi all, I have a issue when i turn on the LED lights it will cause the picture quality on my TV to distort. It appears to be worse when the bedroom lights are on, Any suggestions to correct this?

This will eliminate the RFI from the LED lights

Yes, change your LED bulbs to ones that don’t mess up your TV.

It could very well be low signal levels on the coax lines due to shoddy connector installs by the factory that is the root cause of your issue. Good luck.

Cheap led's emit radio frequency interference (rfi). That is why you lose signal when lights are turned on. This was confirmed by TV Station Chief Engineer friend. Also, cheap led's are rated for 12 volts and RV's are 13+ causing premature failure.

I upgrades cheap led's with these:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

They are rated 12-14 volts and don't interfere with antenna signal like cheaper ones. Also produce nice warm light...much brighter than cheap ones.

The ferrite beads I’ve described will work in a house as well as any RV.. RFI is being picked up on the coax cable OR AC power line and fed into the TV set..

Application of ferrite heads will also work on any stereo set with RFI issues.. be it from LED lights or a number of things like switching power supplies , converters, etc.

I buy LEDs from M4 Products. They come in several temperatures from about 3500 degrees to 6000. 6000 is daylight 3500 is warm. I use 6000 degree bulbs in the kitchen, you can see better and 3500 in the bedroom and other places you wont a warmer light.
