Traveling with furnace on.

I have done a lot of traveling in my RV in warmer temperatures but not when when it has been freezing.
What have some of you done when traveling in freezing temperatures to keep water lines and holding tanks from freezing.
I will be traveling from Oregon back to Idaho in early march and the temperatures will be in teens and 20's.

Temperatures in southern Oregon have been in the 30-40's for daytime temp. and low 20's for night time. But I have been parked.

I'm traveling in a Montana 3455SA

Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

I empty my water heater and then blow out the lines with my air compressor.

Welcome to the forum!

Unless you have prolonged temps in the teens or twenties you are likely OK doing nothing. I have run my furnace for short periods while traveling so the rig would be warm when we parked.

We could run the furnace with the slides in on our old rig, but the new one has too many vents covered with the slides in so we can't.

In the winter time I run the Furnace and hot water.
