Help Needed

We have a 3 year old Lab mix that we need someone to take care of for 3 weeks in the Louisville KY area. I just got home have quad bipass heart surgery and Laurie is going in on friday for colon cancer surgery and will be in the hospital for up to 10 days. Our son will be moving in with us in the Monty in 3 weeks and just need the lab taken care of until he is able to get moved. We can't afford kenneling do to our illnessess.

I am sorry to hear of all your medical issues. I hope you are able to get all these things under control soon. We've been dealing with a set of medical items too..... We have most everything under control for now..... Good luck.

Have you tried contacting any "Rescue" type facilities in or near your area? Often there will be a group willing to help in situations like this. Also check with any local church groups or even any local educational institutions... Like a university or college. Maybe a high school 4H type group. Hopefully some MOCer will be able to help out. Keep us posted on how you folks are doing.
