Nothing better than a good fire! However, my pet peeve is the family that shows up next door or across the street, lights a fire at 8 AM, Lets it get to a good smolder, then leaves it that way all weekend. Only time they are around it is at night. Rest of the day it just limps along smoking us out and no one is there to enjoy (or monitor!) the pit!
